Job summary

China Construction(South Pacific) Development Company Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Assistant Precast Manager to oversee multiple condominium projects in the main construction sector. You will prepare and review precast shop drawings and related technical documentation, and coordinate with consultants and precast yards on technical details.

The role requires a Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, at least 8 years of precast coordination experience on condominium projects, and

Qualifications

Must have a Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 8 years of precast coordination experience on condominium projects.
Experience in aluminium façade works is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, resourceful and proactive.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review precast shop drawings and related technical documentation.
Monitor and advise on precast production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with consultants on technical requirements and project specifications.
Attend coordination and site meetings with relevant stakeholders.
Liaise with precast yards on technical details, production issues, and technical support.
Conduct daily QA/QC inspections and checks.
Ensure smooth coordination of precast activities on site.
Perform other duties related to precast coordination as assigned.
