Job summary

RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY PTE. LTD. (Singapore) is seeking a seasoned Precast Coordination Engineer to manage drawing and scheduling for precast components on condominium projects.

You will monitor production schedules, coordinate with consultants and precast yards, and participate in coordination meetings. Applicants should have a Civil Engineering degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience, with preference for aluminium façade exposure.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in precast coordination in condominium project.
• Experience in aluminium façade works will be an added advantage.
• Professional attitude and good personal presentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Resourceful, proactive, and able to resolve issues independently.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Working Hours: 5-day work week, with overtime allowance provided for work beyond regular working hours, subject to project requirements.
