Job summary

bayes recruitment pte. ltd. is seeking a disciplined site supervisor to lead or support precast production works and coordinate with site construction teams on major building projects. You will manage daily site execution, guide subordinates on quality, and plan ahead to prevent costly delays.

The role requires 3–5 years in precast-contractor environments or with a main-contractor handling precast projects, with a strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Technical or Architectural discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in precast-contractor environments or with a main-contractor that handles precast projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support precast-production works and coordinate with site construction teams.
• Responsible for daily execution at site, guiding subordinates to meet material and workmanship requirements.
• Plan ahead of schedule to resolve site problems before they impact cost, schedule and quality.
• Follow up on customer complaints and identify/assess risks from workplace or processes to minimize environmental impact.
• Ensure compliance with MOM safety rules and conduct periodic safety inspections on subcontractors.

Job description

• To lead/support the precast-production works and coordinating with various site construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work for major building/infrastructure projects

• Responsible for daily execution of work at site, according to schedule, guide subordinates on checking of work to meet the material and workmanship requirements

• To plan ahead of schedule so that site problems can be resolved before they have impact on cost, overall schedule and quality

• Follow up on customer complaints. Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities

• Ensure full compliance of MOM safety rules and conduct periodic safety inspections on safety performance of all subcontractors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree and above in an Engineering, Technical or Architectural discipline

• At least 3-5 years of prior experience working within a precast-contractor environment, or with a main-contractor environment who specializes in projects based upon precast works
