Job summary

China Construction(South Pacific) Development Company Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Assistant Precast Manager to oversee multiple condominium projects in the main construction sector. You will prepare and review precast shop drawings and related technical documentation, and coordinate with consultants and precast yards on technical details.

The role requires a Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, at least 8 years of precast coordination experience on condominium projects, and

Qualifications

• Must have a Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of precast coordination experience on condominium projects.
• Experience in aluminium façade works is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, resourceful and proactive.

• Perform other duties related to precast coordination as assigned

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in precast coordination in condominium project
• Experience in aluminium façade works will be an added advantage
• Professional attitude and good personal presentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skillsResourceful, proactive, and able to resolve issues independently
• Able to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
• Working Hours:5-day work week, or 6-day with alternate Saturdays off, with overtime allowance provided for work beyond regular working hours, subject to project requirements.
