Job summary

Sime Motors in Singapore seeks a Sales Consultant for its Pre-Owned Cars segment. You will guide customers through the buying journey—from showroom to post-sale support—building lasting relationships while presenting vehicles and handling test drives.

The role requires at least 2 years in retail car sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive to exceed targets. Diploma holders welcomed with passion for automotive sales.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer-facing abilities and communication skills.
• Experience in retail car sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities from walk-ins and leads.
• Introduce customers to dealership and offerings.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Understand customer needs through KYC conversations.
• Recommend suitable vehicles and assist in selection.
• Negotiate and close sales professionally.
• Coordinate smooth delivery of vehicles.
• Provide after-sales service and maintain relationships.
• Maintain showroom presentation standards.
• Strive to exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
