Job summary

Sime Darby Auto Selection Limited in Singapore seeks a Sales Consultant for our Pre-Owned Cars segment. You will guide customers from showroom visits to post-sale support, helping them find the right vehicle while building lasting relationships.

You’ll identify sales opportunities through walk-ins and leads, conduct vehicle presentations and test drives, negotiate deals, and coordinate vehicle delivery. A Class 3 driving license and 2 years in retail car sales are required, with training and

Qualifications

• GCE O-Level or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail car sales.
• Class 3 Driving Licence is required.
• Prior automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities through walk-ins and leads.
• Introduce customers to our dealership and offerings.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Understand customer needs through effective KYC conversations.
• Recommend suitable vehicles and assist in selection and confirmation.
• Negotiate and close sales professionally.
• Coordinate smooth delivery of purchased vehicles.
• Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Strive to exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
