Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a PR Assistant to support the SEA PR Manager across Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam. You will help build the Maison’s esteem by assisting in press office work and activations in the region.

You will collaborate with Retail, Boutiques and APA Regional teams, developing PR blasts, monitoring coverage and coordinating with local agencies. You will manage press events, gifting logistics, and provide admin support including SAP invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Develop concise and effective PR blasts for SEA press.
• PR coverage monitoring and sharing best clippings bi-weekly to internal stakeholders.
• Deep dive in monthly press editorial analysis.
• Support SG and coordinate with local PR agencies in MY/VN on daily press office work.
• Manage competitors and post event reports.
• Assist in coordinating all press events and press trips to ensure seamless and qualitative press treatment.
• Assist in sourcing and coordinate logistics for all press gifting.
• Provide administrative support, including photoshoot arrangements, invoice processing via SAP, tracking and monitoring of all PR related expenses.
• Coordination and management of ad-hoc projects.

As the PR Assistant, you will support the SEA PR Manager with building the Maison’s esteem by assisting in all press office work and fortifying the Maison’s position by supporting in all press activations across Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam.
