Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Singapore is seeking a PR Assistant to support the SEA PR Manager and fortify the Maison’s esteem across Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam.

You will work closely with Retail, Boutiques and APA Regional teams, handling press office tasks, coordinating press events and press trips, and supporting in all activations and media outreach.

Responsibilities

• Support the SEA PR Manager with building the Maison’s esteem by assisting in all press office work and fortifying the Maison’s position by supporting in all press activations across Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam.
• You will work in close collaboration with Retail, Boutiques and APA Regional teams.
• Develop concise and effective PR blasts to be shared with SEA press.
• PR coverage monitoring and sharing of best clippings bi-weekly to internally stakeholders.
• Deep dive in monthly press editorial analysis.
• Assist in coordinating all press events and press trips to ensure seamless and qualitative press treatment.
• Assist in sourcing and coordinate logistics for all press gifting.
• Provide administrative support, including photoshoot arrangements, invoice processing via SAP, tracking and monitoring of all PR related expenses.

Your main missions will be:

• Develop concise and effective PR blasts to be shared with SEA press


• PR coverage monitoring and sharing of best clippings bi-weekly to internally stakeholders


• Deep dive in monthly press editorial analysis


• Support SG and coordinate with local PR agencies in MY/VN on daily press office work

• Manage competitors and post event reports


• Assist in coordinating all press events and press trips to ensure seamless and qualitative press treatment


• Assist in sourcing and coordinate logistics for all press gifting


• Provide administrative support, including photoshoot arrangements, invoice processing via SAP, tracking and monitoring of all PR related expenses.


• Coordination and management of ad-hoc projects
