You will work with Ministries and Statutory Boards on total rewards strategies, salary reviews, and job grading exercises, while developing data analytics skills using Excel to inform policy decisions.

At the Compensation and Organisational Design team, we oversee the Civil Service’s pay philosophy and salary frameworks with the objective of ensuring that the Civil Service is able to attract and retain its fair share of talent in a fiscally responsible way. We also oversee the organisational structure review process across the Civil Service, to support agencies in fulfilling their mission and strategic outcomes.
