Job summary

SGInnovate in Singapore is seeking a proactive Talent Programme Coordinator to drive the PowerX (PX) Talent Programme. You will partner with founders and government partners to build a strong pipeline of technical talent for portfolio startups, managing placements from outreach to onboarding.

The role requires STEM education, at least one year in tech, and superb communication skills in English. You will coordinate cross-functional activities, report on progress, and represent SGInnovate at

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in STEM with at least 1 year in tech industry.
Strong English communication, writing and presentation skills.
Highly organized with ability to manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end programme operations from design to review.
Engage startup founders, career offices, and government agencies to align delivery goals.
Support candidate management including outreach, screenings, interviews, and offer documents.
Analyze programme data and feedback to inform improvements.
Create content for digital platforms, social media, and newsletters to boost visibility.
Manage session logistics, scheduling, and vendor invoicing with accurate records.
Track KPIs and provide insights to improve future cycles.
Represent SGInnovate at career fairs and outreach events.
Contribute to new pilot initiatives and workflows for talent workstreams.
Identify bottlenecks and develop standardized workflows to enhance efficiency.
