KMC O&M PTE. LTD. invites an experienced Power Plant Operations & Maintenance Engineer to lead and optimize critical plant activities in Singapore.

You will drive HSE culture, ensure legal compliance, and manage MOC within the Quality Management system to safeguard plant availability. You will supervise teams during outages, identify improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency, analyze technical issues, coordinate with LTSA contractors and internal stakeholders to maintain top performance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
15 years of relevant power plant technical experience in Operations or Maintenance.
Experience with erection, commissioning and initial start-up of a modern Power Station.
Knowledge of Combined Cycle Power Plant setup, O&M activities, and CCPP performance analysis.
Strong Health, Safety and Environmental, and Quality Management practices.
Ability to lead teams and manage personnel during outages.

Responsabilités

Ensure HSE culture and legal compliance in power plants.
Manage MOC through Quality Management system.
Support reliability and fast recovery during unavailability scenarios.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
Analyse technical problems and mitigate consequences.
Monitor operations and liaise with stakeholders to ensure reliable operation.
Provide managerial guidance and motivate the Power Plants Team.
Liaise with LTSA Contractors to fulfill contractual requirements.
