Job summary

Milliken and Company in Singapore seeks a Maintenance Engineer to maintain mechanical and utility systems across the plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations.

Reporting to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager, you will develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs, supervise technicians, and drive reliability improvements while ensuring compliance with MOM and local standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance in chemical/pharmaceutical/process industries.
• Experience with rotating/static equipment, piping systems, and utilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mechanical and utility systems ensuring safe, efficient operations.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs (PM and PdM).
• Lead or supervise technicians and coordinate shutdowns or major maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with MOM, SS651, and safety regulations; support audits.
