Job summary

The candidate will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, guide contractors, and perform frontline troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Strong knowledge of craft equipment and CMMS is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with craft-related equipment.
• Experience with pumps, compressors, HRSG, valves and fans.
• Experience in power or process plant maintenance.
• Familiarity with CMMS, vibration monitoring and rotating equipment alignment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise maintenance activities within schedule and cost targets.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment and utilities.
• Provide guidance to staff and contractors for safe, high-quality work.
• Perform frontline troubleshooting to maintain high equipment availability.
• Daily manpower planning and maintenance data record keeping.
• Ensure PPE use and safety compliance.
