Keppel (Infrastructure Division) is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to lead the plant maintenance team, ensuring activities align with schedule, cost, and safety standards. You will supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and guide both staff and external contractors to deliver high-availability operations.

• Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years work experience with equipment related to craft.
• Knowledge in craft e.g., Pumps, Compressors, HRSG, Valves, Fans.
• Experience in technical aspects of Power Plant or Process Plant maintenance.
• Hands-on knowledge in maintenance of Power Plant or Process Plant equipment.
• Experience in erection, commissioning and start-up phases of a modern Power Plant is an advantage.
• Knowledge on system installation, troubleshooting, routine inspection and maintenance.
• Knowledge on vibration monitoring and alignment of rotating equipment.
• Knowledge on lubrication.
• Knowledge in maintaining maintenance records in CMMS.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Engineer role.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and supervise the maintenance team in the execution of assigned plant maintenance activities within schedule and cost.
• Support the Power Plant to meet contractual, technical and commercial set-up and operation.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for all plant equipment and plant utilities.
• Perform frontline troubleshooting on plant equipment defects and failure to maintain high availability.
• Provide guidance and advice to maintenance staff or external contractor to execute the maintenance work in a good engineering manner.
• Daily maintenance manpower planning and allocation.
• Maintain and update maintenance data and maintenance records for all plant equipment and utilities.
• Check that PPE is provided and subordinates are using it by executing works with all safety precautions.
• Additional tasks and responsibilities given by power plant management.
