Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Singapore seeks a Technical Manager to lead a team developing BEOL process flows, recipes and BEOL devices for Power product platforms. You will ensure testing methods and implement process control to yield defect-free manufacturing, while guiding advanced packaging development for Power IVR.

The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering, 10+ years in semiconductor manufacturing/R&D, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Education: BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years in semiconductor manufacturing/R&D.
• Fluency in English (written & verbal).

Responsibilities

• Develop BEOL processes, recipes and devices to meet performance, reliability and defect-free manufacturing.
• Test the devices and structures developed.
• Develop and implement methods for process control and inspection to ensure fault-free products.
• Manage a team responsible for BEOL processes and devices for the Power product line.
• Advanced packaging development for Power IVR.
• Analyze reports and defective products to identify trends and propose corrective actions.
• Interact with internal and external customers on responsible items.
• Define technology roadmap for BEOL related to the Power product line.
