Job summary

GLOBALFOUNDRIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Technical Manager to lead BEOL process development and device qualification for the Power product platforms. You will guide BEOL flows, recipes, and advanced packaging while ensuring defect-free manufacturing and strong collaboration with customers.

The role requires 10+ years in semiconductor manufacturing/R&D, an engineering degree (BS required, MS preferred), and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related degree.
• 10+ years in semiconductor manufacturing/R&D.
• Fluency in English (written & verbal).

Responsibilities

• Develop BEOL process flows, recipes and devices for Power product platforms.
• Test devices and structures; ensure defect-free manufacturing.
• Develops and implements methods for process control and inspection.
• Manage a team responsible for BEOL development for Power products.
• Advance packaging development for Power IVR.
• Analyze reports and defects to identify trends and corrective actions.
• Interact with internal and external customers on BEOL items.
• Define technology roadmap for BEOL for Power product line.
