Job summary

GLOBALFOUNDRIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Technical Manager to lead BEOL process development and device qualification for the Power product platforms. You will guide BEOL flows, recipes, and advanced packaging while ensuring defect-free manufacturing and strong collaboration with customers.

The role requires 10+ years in semiconductor manufacturing/R&D, an engineering degree (BS required, MS preferred), and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related degree.
• 10+ years in semiconductor manufacturing/R&D.
• Fluency in English (written & verbal).

Responsibilities

• Develop BEOL process flows, recipes and devices for Power product platforms.
• Test devices and structures; ensure defect-free manufacturing.
• Develops and implements methods for process control and inspection.
• Manage a team responsible for BEOL development for Power products.
• Advance packaging development for Power IVR.
• Analyze reports and defects to identify trends and corrective actions.
• Interact with internal and external customers on BEOL items.
• Define technology roadmap for BEOL for Power product line.

Introduction

Technical manager leading a team to develop and qualify BEOL process flows, recipes and BEOL devices for Power product platforms. Also supports new development of modules needed for advanced packaging.

Your Job

Responsible for developing BEOL process flows, recipes and devices to enable meeting the product requirements for performance, reliability and defect free manufacturing Ensure methods and processes in place to test the devices and structures being developed Develops and implements methods and procedures for process control and inspection to ensure that the products are free of flaws and function as designed Manage a team responsible for development of BEOL process and devices for the Power product line Advanced packaging development for Power IVR Analyzes reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions Interacts with internal and external customers on responsible items Other Responsibilities Define technology roadmap for BeoL related for Power product line

Required Qualifications

• Education Minimum BS in Electrical Engineering or other relevant degree
• Years of Experience >10 years of semiconductor manufacturing/R&D
• Fluency in English Language – written & verbal

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters in Electrical Engineering
• R&D experience in semiconductor BEOL flow
• Experience in technical managing
