Job summary

Keysight Technologies Singapore (Sales) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide post-sales technical support for new and existing products.

You will apply deep technical knowledge to diagnose issues, engage with customers, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure product reliability and successful implementations. The role requires hands-on testing experience, familiarity with boundary-scan methods, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience as an In-Circuit Test Engineer or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with in-circuit testing or boundary-scan testing systems.
• Knowledge of manufacturing test processes and Boundary-Scan Description Language (BSDL).
• Knowledge of one or more scripting languages is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales technical support and develop support strategies for new products.
• Investigate and resolve escalated product issues using in-depth technical knowledge.
• Engage with customers and provide advanced internal support to Field Service Engineers and customer personnel.
• Develop and implement support plans, repair strategies, and production support for new product introductions.
• Provide technical product and measurement consultation for presales opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet feature, cost, supportability and release requirements.
• Prepare product and process documentation, guides and notes.
• Develop and deliver technical training for support teams.
• Support technical marketing assignments with clear objectives.
• Analyze and resolve a broad range of technical problems.
