Responsibilities

• Analyze product and solution quality performance to ensure alignment with quality and reliability targets.
• Monitor field return data and identify emerging or worsening quality trends.
• Investigate returned products and drive cross-functional teams to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Assess risks, prioritize issues using Pareto analysis, and recommend improvement actions.
• Track and drive progress of corrective actions, escalating delays where necessary.
• Measure the effectiveness of implemented quality improvements.
• Detect potential major quality issues early through data analysis and trend monitoring.
• Contribute market quality insights and lessons learned to future product development programs.
• Recommend product quality improvements based on market feedback, historical quality performance, and predecessor product analysis.
