Overview

Position: Operations Executive (DO/ Shipping / Marine/ Vessel) - All Welcome

Location: Tanjong Penjuru

Working hours: 5.5 days per week; Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm; Saturday 8:30am–12:30pm

Salary: Gross salary up to 3700 + Performance Bonus (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

• Handle all Marine shipment operations and inquiries
• Monitor emails, phone calls, and text messages from clients and vendors
• Receive Delivery Orders (DO) from customers and acknowledge via email
• Check DO for stock availability and update customers
• Contact respective agents, exchange contact numbers and emails with agents
• Arrange to collect stock from local suppliers if needed
• Maintain inventory for inbound and outbound movement
• Monitor vessel arrival status and supply boat status
• Check boat arrangements if needed
• Arrange transport and documents for loading
• Ensure all additional costs are updated to the customer
• Collect vessel-endorsed DO once loading is completed
• Proper filing of all documents after job completion
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management
