Qualifications

• Experience with POS systems in restaurant industry preferred.
• Able to manage multiple tasks at client sites.
• Evening and weekend availability.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies.
• Sales experience is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of our hardware and software product lines.
• Set up, configure, and test hardware and software components.
• Install software/hardware at client sites and connect cables.
• Provide telephone, remote, and on-site support to clients for quick resolutions.
• Provide training to clients on software, hardware, and troubleshooting techniques.
