Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to POS systems to maintain smooth operations
• Guide customers remotely or onsite to perform effective repair work on POS systems
• Deliver frontline after-sales support by addressing customer inquiries and technical issues promptly
• Provide training and ongoing assistance to customers to improve their use of POS systems
• Collaborate with team members to uphold service quality and enhance customer satisfaction
• Adapt to shift duties, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure continuous support coverage
