Job summary

EPOS POS Singapore is seeking a Technical Specialist to join the Operations team. This hands-on role supports POS deployments, field troubleshooting, and coordination with an overseas intern technician team. You will bridge intern work with client needs while handling office‑based tasks.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, resourceful, and comfortable with both fieldwork and office responsibilities, contributing to smooth technical operations and effective client interactions.

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy with hands-on problem solving in deployments and field support.
• Ability to guide and mentor interns during daily tasks.
• Strong communication to liaise with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute deployments and rollouts for POS systems and related projects.
• Troubleshoot on-site hardware and network issues; configure IPs and set up hardware.
• Provide client support during deployments and serve as escalation point for advanced issues.
• Supervise deployed intern technicians and mentor them during daily tasks.
• Maintain documentation and report deployment or support issues as needed.
• Assist with internal office technical needs and procure tools for team operations.
