Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) seeks an Assistant Manager, Content & Website Management (One Motoring) to oversee content strategy and portal design. You will manage end-to-end content, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure accessibility and publishing standards are met.

Qualifications

• Degree in Digital Media, Communications, Graphic Design, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in website management, digital content creation, or UX/UI design.
• Proficiency with AI tools for content generation, image creation, data analytics or workflow optimization.
• Strong skills with design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or equivalent.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other CMS platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer LTA's OneMotoring portal with end-to-end accountability for content strategy, design and access management.
• Lead a team to ensure the portal remains current, accurate, visually engaging and compliant with publishing standards.
• Collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders to drive content initiatives and UX improvements.
• Leverage AI tools and design capabilities to continuously elevate the portal's user experience.
