Job summary

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) is seeking a Senior/Executive UX/UI Engineer to own, design, and scale user experiences across our traffic and road IT platforms. You will bridge hands-on interface design with user needs, collaborating with agile squads to ensure accessible, intuitive product experiences.

Responsibilities include leading design lifecycles from upfront user research to prototyping and post-launch quality, maintaining design systems and component libraries, and driving usability

Qualifications

Strong foundation in UX/UI design including user research, IA and interaction design.
Ability to translate wireframes to semantic, responsive HTML/CSS/JS.
Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.

Responsibilities

Own UX/UI design across agile squads for traffic & road IT platforms.
Lead design lifecycle from upfront research to prototyping and post‑launch quality.
Drive usability testing and document design guidelines for long‑term excellence.
Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure accessible, intuitive interfaces.
