Job summary

CALL LADE ENTERPRISES PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a results-driven operations supervisor to plan and manage operations, manpower, transportation and logistics, ensuring smooth workflow and safety compliance.

You will enforce safety SOPs, conduct investigations for accidents, and report to management. The role includes attending weekly safety and operations meetings and adapting to overtime and rotating shifts as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree or equivalent required.
• Driver's license (Class 3/4) considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work overtime when necessary.
• Able to work rotating shifts/weekends/public holidays when necessary.
• Proficient in MS Office.
