Job summary

CALL LADE ENTERPRISES PTE LTD is seeking an operations professional in Singapore to strategically plan and manage operations, manpower, transportation and logistics. You will enforce safety standards, conduct investigations, and resolve issues while supporting continuous improvement across the site.

The role requires 3+ years in operations, a diploma or equivalent, and strong analytical and teamwork skills. Flexibility for overtime, shifts, and occasional weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in operations.
• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
• Possess Class 4 driving license is an added advantage.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and multi tasking skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to work under stress and meet tight timeline.
• Able to perform overtime when necessary.
• Able to work on rotating shifts/weekends/public holidays when necessary.
