Job summary

EnviroDynamics Solutions Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our public healthcare team at the West location.

You will conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor patient progress, collaborating with referring physicians and multidisciplinary colleagues. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy with AHPC registration and 2–3 years of experience, and demonstrates strong customer focus

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy; AHPC registered.
• Preference for 2–3 years’ practising Physiotherapist experience.
• Service oriented and customer focused

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop treatment plans for patients independently.
• Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and provide updates to referring physicians and relevant healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accurate recording and administration of patient-related services.
• Adhere to established clinical, operational, and service quality standards.
• Practise within professional scope and seek guidance from senior clinicians or multidisciplinary team members when necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care and participate in multidisciplinary case discussions.
• Support departmental and organisational initiatives, quality improvement projects, and service enhancement activities.
• Assist in the development, review, and implementation of clinical protocols, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain and oversee therapy-related equipment and inventory to ensure operational readiness and compliance.
• Contribute to staff education through in-service training, professional development activities, workshops, presentations, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Support the development, promotion, and enhancement of physiotherapy and rehabilitation services.
• Participate in the orientation and onboarding of new staff members.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to students and junior staff during clinical attachments.
• Engage in continuous professional development and lifelong learning to maintain clinical excellence and stay current with evidence-based practice.
