Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore invites applications for a Physiotherapist registered with AHPC to join our clinical team.

The role operates during standard office hours (Mon-Fri, 8:30am–6pm) and covers services at West Coast (Clementi MRT) or Bedok locations, with potential outreach activities. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, designing and implementing personalised therapy plans, and delivering evidence‑based therapy to improve strength, balance and mobility.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Physiotherapy.
• Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical, functional, and mobility status.
• Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy intervention plans based on clinical findings and client goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to improve strength, balance, endurance, and movement efficiency.
• Educate clients and caregivers on exercise programmes, fall prevention, and safe mobility techniques.
• Document assessment findings, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for coordinated and holistic client care.
• Participate in client case conference, community outreach, and health promotion activities.
• Supervise therapy assistants.
• Participate in clinical student placement.
• Participate in internal training.
• To provide service to various settings (eg. Home Rehab, CR, CH, NH) as deemed competent.
