Job summary

ENVIRODYNAMICS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is assisting a leading public healthcare institution with a physiotherapist vacancy in the West region. The role focuses on integrated patient care within a team-based setting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Physiotherapy, AHPC registration, and 1–3 years of clinical experience, with responsibilities spanning assessment, treatment planning, documentation, mentoring, and service development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy and AHPC registration.
• 1–3 years’ experience as a practising Full Reg Physiotherapist.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients referred for physiotherapy, developing and implementing appropriate treatment plans.
• Document patient records and maintain up-to-date performance statistics.
• Ensure accurate billing and compliance with clinical and service standards.
• Supervise Therapist Assistants and provide guidance to new physiotherapists joining the team. Mentor students on clinical attachments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in patient care discussions.
• Support or co-lead projects assigned to the physiotherapy team.
• Oversee and maintain therapy equipment and manage inventory.
• Review and update clinical protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in developing, promoting, and marketing new clinical services.
• Contribute to departmental in-service training, hospital educational sessions, and external workshops or seminars.
• Continuously update physiotherapy knowledge and skills to maintain professional standards.

Key Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy and must be AHPC fully registered.
• Min. 1 – 3 years’ experience as a practising Full Reg Physiotherapist.
