Job summary

ENVIRODYNAMICS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. invites a committed Physiotherapist to join our public healthcare client in the West Singapore. You will conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, develop treatment plans, and document care in accordance with regulatory standards.

You will monitor progress, liaise with physicians, mentor students, and contribute to service improvement while upholding patient-centred care and professional supervision.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy and AHPC registered.
• 2-3 years' experience as a practising Physiotherapist preferred.
• Service oriented and customer focused.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop treatment plans independently.
• Monitor patient progress, evaluate outcomes, and update referring physicians.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accurate recording and administration of patient-related services.
• Adhere to clinical, operational and service quality standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care.
• Contribute to staff education and service improvement initiatives.
• Develop, review, and implement clinical protocols and SOPs.
• Maintain and oversee therapy equipment and inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans for patients independently.


• Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and provide updates to referring physicians and relevant healthcare professionals.


• Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory requirements.


• Ensure accurate recording and administration of patient-related services.


• Adhere to established clinical, operational, and service quality standards.


• Practise within professional scope and seek guidance from senior clinicians or multidisciplinary team members when necessary.


• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care and participate in multidisciplinary case discussions.


• Support departmental and organisational initiatives, quality improvement projects, and service enhancement activities.


• Assist in the development, review, and implementation of clinical protocols, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.


• Maintain and oversee therapy-related equipment and inventory to ensure operational readiness and compliance.


• Contribute to staff education through in-service training, professional development activities, workshops, presentations, and knowledge-sharing sessions.


• Support the development, promotion, and enhancement of physiotherapy and rehabilitation services.


• Participate in the orientation and onboarding of new staff members.


• Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to students and junior staff during clinical attachments.


• Engage in continuous professional development and lifelong learning to maintain clinical excellence and stay current with evidence-based practice.

Key Requirements:

• Min. Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy and must be fully AHPC registered.


• Preferred candidates with 2 - 3 years' experience as a practising Physiotherapist.
