Job summary

EnviroDynamics Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking a committed Physiotherapist to provide comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for patients.

The role involves monitoring progress, maintaining meticulous records, and collaborating with referring physicians within a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy, AHPC registration, and 2–3 years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy and must be fully AHPC registered.
• Preferred candidates with 2 - 3 years’ experience as a practising Physiotherapist.
• Service oriented and customer focused.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress, evaluate outcomes and update referring physicians.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with requirements.
• Record and administer patient-related services accurately.
• Adhere to clinical, operational and service quality standards.
• Practise within professional scope and seek guidance when needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated patient-centred care.
• Support quality improvement projects and service enhancements.
• Develop and review clinical protocols and SOPs.
• Maintain therapy equipment and inventory for readiness and compliance.
• Contribute to staff education and knowledge sharing.
• Support development and promotion of physiotherapy services.
• Participate in onboarding of new staff.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to students and junior staff.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans for patients independently.
• Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and provide updates to referring physicians and relevant healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accurate recording and administration of patient-related services.
• Adhere to established clinical, operational, and service quality standards.
• Practise within professional scope and seek guidance from senior clinicians or multidisciplinary team members when necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care and participate in multidisciplinary case discussions.
• Support departmental and organisational initiatives, quality improvement projects, and service enhancement activities.
• Assist in the development, review, and implementation of clinical protocols, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain and oversee therapy-related equipment and inventory to ensure operational readiness and compliance.
• Contribute to staff education through in-service training, professional development activities, workshops, presentations, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Support the development, promotion, and enhancement of physiotherapy and rehabilitation services.
• Participate in the orientation and onboarding of new staff members.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to students and junior staff during clinical attachments.
• Engage in continuous professional development and lifelong learning to maintain clinical excellence and stay current with evidence-based practice.
