Job summary

Envirodynamics Solutions Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Senior Physiotherapist to join our public healthcare partnership in the West region. Lead clinical care, develop treatment plans, and mentor junior staff within a multi-disciplinary team.

The role requires AHPC registration, a Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy, and 5–7 years of practice as a Full Registered Physiotherapist. Standard office hours with West location support the community-focused health journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy (AHPC registered).
• 5–7 years of experience as a practising Full Reg Physiotherapist.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients referred for physiotherapy, developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Document patient records and maintain up-to-date performance statistics.
• Ensure accurate billing and compliance with clinical and service standards.
• Supervise Therapist Assistants and provide guidance to new physiotherapists; mentor students on clinical attachments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in patient care discussions.
• Support or co-lead projects assigned to the physiotherapy team.
• Oversee and maintain therapy equipment and manage inventory.
• Review and update clinical protocols and SOPs.
• Assist in developing, promoting, and marketing new clinical services.
• Contribute to departmental in-service training, hospital educational sessions, and external workshops.
