Job summary

You will collaborate with professional leaders, healthcare institutions and MOH divisions to implement initiatives with system-wide impact while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Role requires sound judgement, attention to detail, initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Experience in policy administration, process design and financial/resource management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Policy & Programme Development: develop, review and implement faculty development policies, frameworks and programmes.
• Stakeholder Coordination: governance and alignment with MOH divisions, committees and professional leaders.
• Funding & Resource Management: assist budget planning, monitoring and allocation ensuring compliance.
• Continuous Improvement: identify process improvements from feedback and experience.
