Job summary

Ministry of Health (Singapore) is seeking a policy-focused professional to drive Faculty Development across the public healthcare system, turning national strategy into practical programmes for healthcare educators.

You will collaborate with MOH divisions, professional leadership and stakeholders to coordinate governance, manage budgets, and pursue continuous improvements in processes and implementation.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills for policy and implementation.
• Sound judgement, attention to detail, initiative and independent work with stakeholders informed.
• Comfort with ambiguity, competing priorities, and quick learning of new knowledge.
• Strengths in programme implementation, project coordination, policy administration and process design.
• Financial/resource management experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Policy & Programme Development.
• Coordinate faculty development governance with MOH divisions, committees, leadership and stakeholders to align efforts.
• Support budget planning, monitoring and resource allocation; ensure funding requests and claims meet requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen implementation based on feedback.
