Ministry of Health in Singapore is seeking a capable professional to drive faculty development across the public healthcare system, translating national strategic intent into practical policies, frameworks and programmes for healthcare educators and trainers.
You will collaborate with professional leaders, healthcare institutions and MOH divisions to implement initiatives with system-wide impact while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
You will be part of the team driving Faculty Development across the public healthcare system, working on policies, frameworks and programmes that strengthen the capabilities of healthcare educators and trainers. The role brings together policy thinking and real-world implementation, turning national strategic intent into practical approaches that can be adopted across healthcare professions You will work with professional leaders, healthcare institutions and other key stakeholders to shape and implement initiatives with system-wide impact. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
1. Policy & Programme Development Development, review and implementation of faculty development policies, frameworks, guidelines and related programmes.
2. Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate faculty development governance and work with MOH divisions, Faculty Development committees, professional leadership, and other stakeholders to build alignment.
3. Funding & Resource Management Support budget planning, monitoring and resource allocation. Ensure funding requests and claims comply with prevailing requirements.
4. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen implementation based on stakeholder feedback and operational experience.
1. Candidates should possess strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to move between policy intent and operational implementation.
2. The role requires sound judgement, attention to detail, initiative and the ability to work independently while keeping stakeholders appropriately informed.
3. Candidates should be comfortable working with ambiguity and competing priorities, and be willing to learn and apply new knowledge quickly.
4. Functional strengths in programme implementation, project coordination, policy administration, process design and financial/resource management would be advantageous.
