TikTok Singapore is seeking a senior Trust & Safety policy professional to develop and maintain age-appropriate content policies, balancing youth safety with expression.

You will work cross-functionally with product, legal, and operations, engage external stakeholders, and help shape global youth safety frameworks within TikTok. This role demands experience in policy, governance, and child protection at a tech company.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Child Protection Policy, Public Policy, Law, Prevention Science, Social Work, or a related field with a meaningful focus on child or youth safety and well-being.
• Deep understanding of the harm landscape affecting youth online, including CSAM, harmful content, and the developmental risks specific to this age-group.
• Familiarity with the current and emerging online youth regulatory landscape, including various age-appropriate design codes and youth online safety regimes.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex child safety and well-being topics for internal and external audiences, including the ability to communicate policy challenges, trade-offs, and implications.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working alongside product, technical, legal, and operational teams.
• Technical aptitude and ability to navigate tools, systems, and emerging technologies as they apply to child safety detection and enforcement.
• Prior experience working in Trust & Safety, policy, or governance at a global technology company.
