Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a dynamic candidate to join the Bus Financing, Investment and Governance Division, focusing on formulating policies for Singapore’s bus network including BRT and Bus Masterplan. You will design contracting approaches, and perform financial modelling to ensure policy decisions are financially sustainable.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, ability to work independently, and collaboration with multiple government agencies to drive timely project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Engineering or Science/Social Science.
• Drive and resourcefulness to produce innovative policy solutions.
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think critically, write and present concisely.
• Team player, adaptable and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Formulate policies and strategies for Singapore’s expanding bus network, Bus Masterplan and BRT.
• Design contracting approaches for bus services and new modes, ensuring alignment with policy and regulatory framework.
• Conduct robust financial modelling of System Financials to support policy decisions and monitor indicators.
• Collaborate with government agencies to ensure timely project development and implementation.
