Job summary

Pacific Prime Insurance Brokers Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Implementation Specialist to translate client requirements into configured insurance system solutions.

You will configure systems, conduct testing, support UAT, and help users adopt the new setup across cross-functional teams. Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in system implementation.
• Basic knowledge of MS SQL queries, Excel, and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
• Exposure to the general insurance industry is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess client requirements.
• Configure systems per client plan designs and specifications.
• Conduct functional testing and troubleshoot developed or modified software.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end users and provide implementation support.
• Analyse client workflows and procedures, and recommend process improvements where appropriate.
• Collaborate with the Production Support, Product, and Engineering teams on system-related matters, including product enhancements and application issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Senior Implementers, Account/Client Managers, and cross-functional teams on client-specific requests, system enhancements, and process-related matters.
• Assist in the development of user guides by gathering technical information, preparing content, and coordinating documentation.
• Support client relationship management by participating in discovery sessions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify solutions that meet client requirements.
• Maintain and update implementation documentation.
