Pacific Prime Insurance Brokers Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented insurance billing specialist to support enrollment movements, renewal data submissions, and billing operations. The role involves liaising with insurers and HR teams to ensure accurate data flow and timely processing.

The successful candidate will manage accounts, handle escalations, and participate in UAT for system releases and new client implementations, with a strong emphasis on PDPA compliance and data accuracy.

Qualificações

• Diploma holder with 2–3 years of working experience in the insurance industry.
• Good judgement and discretion with strong customer and quality focus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Upload employee movements into the portal and inform insurers within the turnaround time.
• Prepare renewal data for submission to insurers and clients.
• Handle daily exception reports from data uploads.
• Manage assigned accounts and ensure timely resolution of matters.
• Handle appeals and escalations from clients relating to medical underwriting.
• Liaise with underwriters on underwriting requirements and update insurers' decisions in the portal.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) during renewals and client implementations.
• Manage day-to-day operational tasks related to billing and verify invoice details against documents.
