Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property and casualty billing tasks, premium tracking, payment matching, and associated financial workflows.
• Examine and check insurance premiums, invoice statements, billing data, and policy files to guarantee precision.
• Handle billing modifications, prepare debit notes, and issue other necessary invoicing paperwork.
• Monitor and reconcile client and insurer Statements of Accounts (SOAs), investigate discrepancies and follow up on aged items.
• Supervise premium collections alongside carrier payments, making sure anomalies and overdue balances are cleared promptly.
• Assist with commission reconciliation and other finance-related operational matters for P&C accounts.
• Log and update comprehensive billing, transactional, coverage, and customer details within corporate databases.
• Provide operational support for P&C portfolios, covering initial policy setups, amendments, structural updates, terminations, and contract continuations.
• Draft policy certificates, coverage schedules, upcoming renewal metrics, and additional administrative paperwork.
• Coordinate with underwriting partners, financial departments, account executives, and corporate units regarding invoicing, matching, policy tracking, and portfolio maintenance.
• Ensure all transactions and requests are processed accurately and within established turnaround times.
• Pass complicated or lingering invoicing, payment matching, and policy processing challenges up to the supervisor.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and assignments as requested by the Manager.
