Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a diligent Billing Associate to manage patient billing and claims, verify accounts, and process submissions to CPF/Medisave and insurers.

You will monitor unbilled accounts, correct discrepancies, liaise with patients and third-party payers, and support training of new team members. The role is a fixed-term contract through January 2027, with standard Mon-Fri hours and one half-Saturday every five weeks.

Qualifications

• Min. GCE A-Level, ITE or Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience handling patient billing and claims is preferred.
• Familiarity with CPF/Medisave and insurance claim processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process patient billing and claims accurately and promptly.
• Verify patient accounts, identify billing discrepancies and make necessary corrections.
• Process claims to CPF/Medisave, integrated insurance providers and government ministries.
• Monitor unbilled accounts and ensure records are updated accurately.
• Liaise with patients, third-party payers and external organisations on billing matters.
• Support team operations, internal controls and training of new team members.
