Job summary

OCBC is seeking a Data & Communications Analyst to support the IT Project Management Office in Singapore. You will maintain PMO Power BI dashboards, analyze portfolio data, and translate findings into clear insights for management reporting and decision-making.

You will also help identify opportunities to improve PMO processes, streamline reporting, and enhance productivity, while managing the PMO homepage and communications mailbox.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics or related field.
• 2–3 years in data analytics, BI, or PMO support, banking experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience refreshing dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and report insights for management.
• Proactive and organized, with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Refresh PMO Power BI dashboards with data validation to ensure accurate reporting.
• Analyze project portfolio data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate data into clear insights and narratives for management reporting and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to streamline PMO processes and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into dashboards and updates.
• Independently manage the PMO department homepage and communications mailbox.
