IT Project Management Office is primarily responsible for setting and maintaining the standards for IT project management throughout our bank with the focus of helping project teams enhance project execution and deliver value to our bank and our customers. The Data & Communications Analyst will support the IT Project Management Office by maintaining reliable Power BI dashboards, analysing project portfolio data and translating findings into clear insights for management reporting and decision-making. This role will also help identify opportunities to improve PMO processes, streamline reporting routines and enhance productivity. In addition, the Data & Communications Analyst will support department communications by managing the PMO homepage and communications mailbox for broadcasts and updates.
