Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking an Assistant Manager (Project Management Operations) on a contract basis to support the PMO in coordinating start-up and operational readiness of extramurally funded research projects in Singapore. You will liaise with PIs and internal departments to expedite manpower, procurement, and approvals, ensuring governance-aligned submissions.

• Degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, business, project management, or a related field.
• Experience in healthcare or research administration is advantageous.

• Track manpower recruitment, procurement, and committee clearances for timely project activation.
• Prepare approval papers, memos, and proposals aligning with governance standards.
• Support stakeholder engagement, briefings, and operational huddles with project teams.
