Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking an Assistant / Manager (Academic Health Operations, Research Programmes) on a contract basis. The role focuses on coordinating NMRC Centre Grant and Strategic Research Programme, overseeing governance, reporting and KPI tracking to strengthen Academic Health priorities.

• Proven experience in large-scale grant development and post-award administration.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, milestones and stakeholders.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation and management of NMRC Centre Grant with governance and reporting cycles.
• Coordinate with centre grant leads, investigators, and stakeholders for timely implementation.
• Monitor performance, KPIs, milestones, and funding utilisation; identify variances and risks.
• Prepare progress updates, management papers, and funder submissions; track actions.
• Oversee SRP execution, milestones, and governance reporting.
• Maintain institutional KPI framework and reporting to leadership and funders.
