Job summary

PSP Solutions Engineering Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead plumbing and sanitary works on active projects. You will monitor construction activities, ensure work is completed on schedule, and supervise the field team.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in a related field, strong English communication, and proven leadership. You will prepare monthly site reports, liaise with clients and consultants, and ensure all materials and work meet specifications.

Responsibilities

Monitor and supervise site activities to ensure alignment with the project plan.
Review construction works to ensure completion as scheduled.
Handle documentation, submissions and on-site meetings.
Evaluation, cost estimation & analysis for M&E Sanitary & Plumbing.
Oversee general on-site technical engineering matters and quality checks.
Resolve unexpected technical difficulties and other problems.
Ensure materials and work meet specifications.
Prepare monthly site status reports.
Liaise with client, architects, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities.
Attend site meetings and inspections.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
