Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, we deliver scalable solutions that keep pace with rapid global growth. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product management for the core risk control platform supporting international short-form video enforcement and user experience, including requirements analysis, product strategy, design, and project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and refine business rules; monitor post-launch performance, and continuously iterate to improve product effectiveness and user outcomes.
• Proactively identify business pain points and risk control gaps, driving the development and enhancement of system tools; define and execute a scalable product roadmap aligned with evolving business and risk landscapes.
• Enhance AI/ML based detection models to improve precision and recall in identifying harmful accounts while minimizing false positives.
• Assess workflow inefficiencies, identifying process gaps and implementing automation or policy changes for better enforcement.
• Stay abreast of industry-leading risk control solutions and best practices, translating insights into practical applications to strengthen platform capabilities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in Trust & Safety, account safety, or abuse detection.
• Strong understanding of user governance, automated enforcement systems, and adversarial behavior in online platforms.
• Experience in AI/ML-driven risk detection, abuse prevention, or content moderation.
• Ability to influence product roadmaps and drive prioritization based on safety and enforcement needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python) and experience working with large datasets to identify trends.
• Experience working in 0-1 and 1-10 product roles, building scalable solutions from scratch.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills, with a strategic mindset.
