Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Platform Customer Engineer to partner with sales and serve as the customer’s primary technical advisor for Google Cloud Platform. You will troubleshoot, run proofs-of-concept, and architect cross-pillar cloud solutions to solve business issues.

You will define delivery and consumption plans, engage with technical and business leaders, and aim to win new workloads while expanding existing ones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years in cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization.
• Experience engaging with technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
• Experience in programming, debugging, systems design, prototyping, demos, or customer workshops.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the technical account plan and strategy, supporting business goals.
• Combine sales, programming, and solutions architecture to demonstrate value across the portfolio.
• Architect cross-pillar solutions, drive technical wins, and define initial delivery plans for customers.
• Facilitate the post-sales transition by supporting pricing activities and transitioning the final delivery plan to implementation teams.
• Maintain awareness of progress against the delivery plan, providing support to cross-functional teams during ramp, delivery, migration or implementation phases.
