Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Customer Engineer (AI) to partner with technical sales and differentiate the company Cloud for customers. You will write code, develop prototypes, proofs-of-concept, and demos to promote specialized AI workloads and solutions.

You will solve AI-centric customer issues and influence product development with feedback. You will collaborate with platform CEs and Go-To-Market teams to accelerate wins, engage with customers to capture requirements, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of cloud native architecture experience in a customer-facing or support role.
Experience architecting AI-integrated solutions using agents with enterprise data sources (RAG, Text-to-SQL, semantic search).
Experience coding in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go or Java for demos and prototyping.

Responsibilities

Drive the technical solution for complex AI workloads to support sales from evaluation through customer ramp.
Combine sales strategies with development and prototyping to deliver customer-tailored solutions.
Provide deep technical consultation and build lasting customer relationships with reusable assets.
Document and prioritize customer feature requests with Product and Engineering teams.
Travel to customer sites and events as a public advocate for the Cloud platform.
